"Ollie" review

See...even dog won't catch my "insanity"... :P

I guess this called "ollie" the basic technic in skateboarding, little left behind after more than 5 years not skating so I try the most basic.

The lucky is brune is one of the quite town so not much cars on street, so I can get more exiting in skating. he..he...

Tiara Sketch - step by step

I made this for assignment for sekolah cg, its tiara the beauty Indonesian who success to playboy magazine.

I used HB pencils in first step, to get the proportion with thin line, then try to get the shading simply to get the lighting direction in step 2
nearly 3 hour I made to step 3. I started to use 2b pencils to get darker area contrast to main skin.

In step 4 I try to make more render, and maybe little environment to support the posture

Since I get drown to my own world in rendering, I try made little shading also for environment. Almost 3 hour, with "hot" issue in my office, coz the aircon wet down. So I try concentrate to my own sickness of rendering addict..

Step 5 try to make environment for the posture support

I try to make different between, level of darkness of posture, shading in mirror, shading in lighting and others things in table.

Kind a mesh though I get hungry in drawing

Step 6 I try finish the all sketch or should I say pencil drawing, and after I scan I get hue sepia color to get the classic impression.

Maybe I’ll try to color in Photoshop

Timezone RTB Satelite

Not, everyone knows about timezone.
Even first time I heard is little weird..."timezone template...??"
I made this for RTB satelite, which the propose are to let audience know the exactly the time before get to news program. Well maybe it will explain another culture of variety kind of motion.

The challenges I get trough to this project are the "tree digit" digital clock countdown.
Small issue but takes some time to finish it.
since AE only can make two digit, so I decide it do in digital fusion, but the time elapse not match to click of my own watch, so I do it manually, I take the file of digital fusion rendered to be animate again in AE, little redundancy, but.....It's only in my mind in that time..

But so far work so well,... my client is happy with that :D

I guess after "primary duty" in studio, I ry to consistent continue my first draft, lately little inspired by Henning Ludvigsen, norweg CG artist.
this time I try to get the shading first, to devide the material detail. and some texture standartfor the horn.

inspired dr Alan Lee, tugas kali ini buat "ibu paling sexy sedunia"(istilah adez-frameworks batam) menjadi arsiran tipis seperti karya Alan Lee di sebuah sketch kertas, ternyata susahnya minta ampun...
gak ngerti dimana kita bisa kasih batesan edge yg jelas...and arsiran mesti konsisten...
so far juga masih cari proporsi yg enak apalagi buat mata...susah banget...
since eyes is the most important thing, klo gak dapet proporsinya pasti kaga mirip..
well at least I try to be closed with..the original.. :p

When u get rush in midle project...u feel u wanna made somethin like porto, something u wanna made with ur soul..

so many impuls, and stimulan coming, idea, something blingker light in top of ur head..
editing documentation to insane motion, modelling my monster, get deep to Digital Fusion Efx, or perhaps simple drawing in sketching, or made my own album with propellarhead audio software, or maybe, updating my own website..until..i dont have time to made anything at all.

motion graphic is one of my favorite but eager enough to learn anything is not sin..
well like santo, or monk in monastry, learning anything till u drop.

XSI make me curious, Z brush make me wanna touch it, Blender is fancynating, Maya Sclupting seem fun, Combution diamond keyer amazing, anything for making me "sange..."
until one day I just keep calm and simple, keep on my track...

Pe-Er Sekolah CG

Sekolah CG: komunitas anak2 3d makin banyak, seru2an berasa punya temen sebidang buat tuker pikiran, dtapi smua harus kembali ke dasar, marilah menggambar dasar..

Suddenly dah tugas ke-5 gak kerasa, gambar proporsi muka standart tampak depan.
simple HW but need to be carefull.
proses yg gwe lakonin, back to thin simpel sketch, then proporsion...
gak berasa 35 menit berlalu dah mulai gambar detail plus arsir.

Next day I try to konsen sama arsirannya, wel...I got trapted arsir kadang bikin gemes
ech arkhirnya proporsinya terkorbankan...
but the end..is one of the proses then...lumayan..
iseng..hobi..relieved the jobs deadline.

well, caracter ini dibikin taun lalu, walkcycle test..
kerasa bgt, modeling ini gak "baik", ini karena gwe demen rubah vertex sana sini, seenak jidat tanpa mikirin vertex acuan gerakanyanya buat nganimate..

so berantakan deh gerakannya..
first thing to do...belajar modelling lagi deh yg bener..
dapet tutorial bikin alien head br nee ...lumayan buat sambil ngupi malem2...

other side of tattoo.. tattoos are created by inserting colored materials beneath the skins surface. the first tattoos probably were created by accident. someone had a small wound, and rubbed it with a hand that was dirty with soot and ashes from the fire. once the wound had healed, they saw that a mark stayed permanently.


but like tattoo though... its something people behavior, some like mark, identification, black spot that makes curves... but overall when u made one u can't actaully made mistake, no eraser, but u can improved it to another inovative one. so no worries to leave bad mark .

I loved to make one for everyone anytimes...

this demon one of badsoul sucker. so no wonder his armor show his a great warrior.
his tentakel on the head is alive like there soul inside

probably this havent bad as it look..and I need opinion to improved..maybe coloring and lighting in the next step will make him more powerfull..

firstime i see this view angle..smaget banget pengen drawing simple sketch, captured from dvd movie "....".
This has very good highlight in DOF, side lighting, low key...just named it...
for me its perfect...enough for drawing...
